cancellation & refund policies

Please note: Timea’s Cause Inc. does NOT grant refunds unless there are extraordinary circumstances, which we would address on a case by case basis. However, we offer a credit towards another class or transfer to a different person. Late cancellations will be charged in full.

 

Conferences

If you are unable to attend a conference, you must send a notice of cancellation to info@timeascause.com. Cancellations received one (1) month before the conference will receive a full credit towards the next class or different class.

 

Live Seminars

If you are unable to attend a live seminar, you must send a notice of cancellation to info@timeascause.com  fourteen(14) business days prior to the live seminar in order to receive a full credit towards the next class or different class.

 

Webinars and Certificate Courses

If you are unable to attend a webinar or certificate course, you must send a notice of cancellation to info@timeascause.com fourteen (14) business days prior to the event date in order to receive a full credit towards the next class or different class.

 

Substitutions

Substitutions may be made prior to the beginning of the conference, seminar, webinar or certificate course. Substitutions must be requested in writing, by sending an email to info@timeascause.com fourteen (14) business days of course start date.

 

No Shows

If you do not attend the conference or live seminar or log on to the webinar or certificate course at the scheduled date and time, you will be considered a no show. No shows are treated as late cancellations and will not receive a credit or transfer to another student.

 

Cancellations / Rescheduling

Timea’s Cause Inc., reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a conference, webinar, seminar or certificate if the speakers are sick, technical difficulties. Registrants will have the opportunity to attend the rescheduled event or use the credit for another event or transfer to another student.
