You will receive a short introduction to Timea’s story. Followed by an informative session to explain what Human Trafficking is, how it happens, who it happens to, who the traffickers are, who the victims are, how has Covid-19 affected it, and what you can do about it.

 

Many people believe that Human Trafficking only happens overseas. Unfortunately, Human Trafficking is happening here in Canada. Human Trafficking does not discriminate, it is happening in small towns and large cities, to boys and girls, and 89% of the victims in Canada are Canadian citizens between the ages of 11-21.
